Speaking Engagements

As a Bilingual (EN/FR) Registered Psychotherapist, Keynote Speaker, and Counseling Professor, I deliver mental health presentations that are both instructive and interactive, designed to foster meaningful conversations and lasting change.

With over eight years of experience in both the private and public sectors, I’ve provided counseling, guidance, and developed mental health resources that consider diverse cultural and demographic backgrounds. My approach is grounded in both clinical expertise and real-world application, ensuring that every audience—whether in corporate settings, community spaces, or academic environments—walks away with actionable insights.

Through keynotes, workshops, expert discussions, and panel talks, I speak on topics including:

  • Mental Health at Work & in the Black Community

  • Relationships & Communication

  • Family Dynamics & Emotional Well-Being

Whether working one-on-one in therapy or speaking to organizations and communities, my goal remains the same: to equip people with the knowledge and tools to build stronger, healthier relationships—both personally and professionally.

  • “I had the pleasure of working with Benslyne when our organization requested her services as a guest speaker for an event focused on mental health. As a well-spoken and experienced professional, she delivered an informative presentation centered on Anxiety and Depression within Afro-Caribbean Black (ACB) community, and the specific challenges they face when supporting their own mental health. Benslyne’s proficiency in sharing knowledge coupled with her ability to interact with our audience clearly demonstrated her passion for helping others and I am already looking forward to working with her again!”
