I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ottawa, Ontario. I’m passionate about helping individuals maintain healthy relationships with themselves and others.
Interpersonal Relationships play a fundamental role in our mental health. Good quality relationships can make us happier and improve our sense of well-being.
My goal is to help you understand and manage emotions that could be impacting your relationship with others, as past experiences and concerns about the future can make it challenging to be fully present and live a thriving life.
Individual Psychotherapy
I will work collaboratively with you to become the best version of yourself. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your therapy needs.
Our mental health affects all other aspects of our lives, from how we think, behave, and interact with those around us. Speaking to someone other than friends or family allows for an opportunity to get an objective perspective and to be aware of unconscious patterns that may be impacting how you relate to others.
