Meet Caitlin
Does something feel off, even when everything seems fine?
You feel tired and stuck, moving through your day like you’re half-asleep. Your mind is busy, and your heart is heavy. You don’t feel like yourself anymore. You’ve tried to make it better, but nothing changes.
I help people and couples through all life’s ups and downs. We’ll work together to make your relationships feel better and to find the you that you miss.
We’ll look at where you’re at today and work towards who you want to be.
If you feel lost, burnt out, or have ADHD, I’m here for you. We’ll talk about what matters to you and help you feel more like yourself again.
Life can feel like a never-ending to-do list. You’ve tried to stay busy. You’ve tried to push through. You’ve read many books. But nothing helps.
You want to feel like the real you again.
You know your life better than anyone. I’ll help you stick to your goals and give you skills to use every day. We’ll talk about what matters most and how to get through the hard days.
People I work with say they feel heard and understood working with me. I want to help calm the busy thoughts in your head so you can see a clearer path ahead.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with Therapy with Empathy. I use evidence-based approaches, like ACT, the Gottman method, and Internal Family Systems. The most important thing is that you feel safe so you can make the best changes for your life.
On the weekends and my days off, I’m at a park with my partner, our toddler, and our very active dog, Bobbie. Or you can find me trying a new-to-me craft; I know what it’s like to be neurospicy.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you want a safe place to talk, feel more like yourself and manage your life, I’m here. When you are ready, book a free 20-minute chat.
