ADHD Therapist for Adults in Ottawa & Westboro
We’re adding an ADHD and neurodiversity specialist to our team. Join the waitlist for specialized support for adult ADHD, executive function challenges, and neurodivergent thriving.
Living with ADHD as an adult often means struggling with executive function challenges, time management difficulties, relationship strain, and feeling misunderstood by those around you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, you may find yourself constantly overwhelmed by tasks others find simple, missing deadlines despite your best efforts, or experiencing rejection sensitivity that impacts your relationships and career.
We’re adding an ADHD and Neurodiversity Specialist who understands how ADHD brains work and offers strategies that actually fit your neurodivergent mind. Using DBT skills training, ADHD-focused CBT, and executive function coaching, our specialist will help you navigate work challenges, relationship dynamics, time management, and emotional regulation. This isn’t about fixing you – it’s about finding systems and strategies that honor how your brain works.
Sessions available in English and French, in-person at our Westboro office or virtually across Ontario. Our ADHD therapist will work with adults navigating work performance challenges, relationship issues related to ADHD, co-occurring anxiety or depression, and the daily executive function struggles that come with neurodivergence. Join the waitlist to be prioritized when our specialist begins accepting clients.
