WHAT ORGANIZATIONS SAY
“I had the pleasure of working with Benslyne when our organization requested her services as a guest speaker for an event focused on mental health. As a well-spoken and experienced professional, she delivered an informative presentation centered on Anxiety and Depression within the Afro-Caribbean Black (ACB) community, and the specific challenges they face when supporting their own mental health. Benslyne’s proficiency in sharing knowledge coupled with her ability to interact with our audience clearly demonstrated her passion for helping others and I am already looking forward to working with her again!”
Peter Holder, Carleton University
Benslyne was an amazing speaker during our virtual Mental Health Check-in! I felt comfortable in the virtual space and was able to note a few tips to improve my mental health. Her presentation was very informative and concise. She touched on important topics that aided in ensuring folks were able to reflect on how they care for their mental health. Thank you again for speaking at our event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For optimal availability and adequate customization time, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. However, rush bookings within 2 weeks can often be accommodated based on current schedule availability. Contact us to discuss urgent needs.
Yes, absolutely. As a fully bilingual (EN/FR) Registered Psychotherapist, all workshop content can be delivered entirely in French, entirely in English, or in a bilingual format to accommodate diverse teams. Materials and resources are provided in participants’ preferred language.
Workshops range from 45-minute lunch & learn sessions to full-day 6-hour intensive trainings. The most requested format is 90 minutes, which allows sufficient time for content delivery, interactive exercises, meaningful discussion, and Q&A without overwhelming schedules.
In-person workshops are primarily offered throughout Ottawa, Gatineau, and the broader National Capital Region. For organizations outside this area, highly engaging virtual delivery is available and equally effective. Exceptions for travel can be made for full-day bookings or multi-session workshop series.
Every workshop begins with a pre-consultation call or questionnaire to understand your team’s specific challenges, organizational culture, industry context, and learning objectives. Content, examples, and exercises are then tailored accordingly. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.
In-person workshops work best with 10-50 participants for maximum interaction, though we can accommodate up to 100+ for keynote-style presentations. Virtual workshops can host up to 200 participants with breakout room functionality for smaller group discussions.
Pricing varies based on workshop duration, delivery format (in-person vs. virtual), group size, level of customization required, and whether it’s a single workshop or series. Partnership packages and multi-workshop bookings receive preferential pricing. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your specific needs.
Yes. As a former Workplace Wellbeing Advisor for the Federal Government, specialized training for people managers and HR teams is a core offering. Topics include recognizing mental health concerns, having supportive conversations, navigating accommodation requests, and connecting employees to appropriate resources without overstepping professional boundaries.
That’s exactly what the pre-workshop consultation is for. Through discussion of your current challenges, team feedback, and organizational goals, we’ll recommend the most impactful workshop focus for your specific situation. Many organizations benefit from a needs assessment conversation before committing to content.
Absolutely. Multi-session series and quarterly workshop packages are highly effective for sustained mental health culture development. Series can focus on progressive skill-building within one topic or rotate through multiple mental health themes across the year. Partnership pricing applies.
